能力が全く同じ２人がTOEIC700点を目指している、とします。

１人は、１年間スマートフォンを持ち歩き、英語学習アプリで勉強しようと決意しますが、ついつい情報収集、Twitterのつぶやき、ゲームなどに時間を使ってしまいます。

もう１人は、英語教材を持ち歩き、暇さえあれば英語学習に励みました。

そして１年後。どちらが目標のTOEIC700を獲得したでしょうか。
